Terms and Conditions

By browsing the Website or placing an order with Gifts Kingdom (partof Farras.net and sister company to MusicBoxKingdom.co.uk), you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. Please be advised that Gifts Kingdom reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time at their discretion. It is the responsibility of the Customer to check these Terms prior to engaging with the Company.

   

Products Descriptions and Information

Every effort is made by Gifts Kingdom to try and make sure that all product descriptions and photographs give a clear and accurate representation of the items we sell. However, the Company will not be liable for any misleading or false information provided to us from our suppliers which Gifts Kingdom believed to be true.

 

Prices and Payment

We regularly monitor the prices on our website to ensure that all the costs we are showing are correct. However, on the rare occasion that a product should be priced incorrectly, Gifts Kingdom will not be liable to supply the requested products at the displayed price.

Unless stated otherwise, all prices stated on the Website are inclusive of VAT at today’s applicable rate.

Prices are liable to change from time to time at the Company’s discretion. These changes will not be applicable to orders which have been confirmed prior to the adjustments taking place but may affect future orders or re-orders. All approved returns will be refunded at the purchase rate unless stated otherwise.

Prices shown on the Website are not inclusive of Delivery charges which will be calculated at the Checkout stage of your transaction.

 

Orders

All orders placed with Gifts Kingdom are subject to acceptance and availability.

In the event that an order has been received for a product which is currently unavailable, Gifts Kingdom will notify the Customer by email and offer the option to either wait until the product is in stock or cancel their order for a full refund.

 

Delivery

We aim to deliver Mainland orders within 7-10 working days under our standard delivery options, however, please note that this is only an aim and not a guarantee. Please allow longer for deliveries to locations off the Mainland.

Products being shipped directly from Germany may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. Gifts Kingdom will inform the customer of this delay shortly after the order has been received. The Customer has the right to cancel their order if they do not agree to these terms.

All delivery prices shown on our Website are for UK orders only. For orders outside of the UK, please contact Gifts Kingdom prior to placing your order to discuss delivery costs. Gifts Kingdom will not be obliged to post items outside of the UK where suitable postage fees have not been paid for.

Express delivery is not currently offered by Gifts Kingdom however, for time-critical orders, the Company may be able to send items by Express delivery providing the additional postage fees are suitably covered by the Customer.

Gifts Kingdom will not be liable for any delays in shipping caused by 3rd party couriers or postal services.

 

Cancellations and Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (formerly covered by the Distance Selling Regulations), Gifts Kingdom will allow you 14 days in which to cancel your order should you change your mind.

If you wish to cancel your order, it is the responsibility of the Customer to inform us of this decision and return the goods to Gifts Kingdom within 14 days to qualify for a refund.

A refund for cancelled orders will be issued 14 days after receiving either confirmation of your return (through proof of postage) or the receipt of the items.

Gifts Kingdom reserve to right to issue only a partial refund if we feel that the product has been reduced as a result of handling by the Customer. This decision is made at the discretion of the Company.

All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging to be eligible for a refund.

The Customer is responsible for covering the costs of returning items should they choose to cancel their order or return products which are not faulty or damaged.

If an order is damaged or faulty upon receipt, a refund will be issued by Gifts Kingdom which will cover the cost of returning the item(s) back to the Company.
